Allergy, defined as a condition which is caused by specific effects in the body emerged by allergen substances so there are signs of disease, introduced by Von Pirquet in 1906 (Soeparman and Waspadji, 1996). We are going to discuss about allergy in genetics and its mechanisms. Antibody or we know as white blood cells, if they meet autosome which are defect (mutation result), emerged skin rash. It is to be mentioned simple description of allergy mechanism. Mechanisms and genetics of it we include in the paragraph below.
There are 5040 materials that to be read by our antibody, the same with healthy foods which to be eaten by human. This is the same with the number of genes group (containing 4 unit of genes, e.g. TACT [Thymine, Adenosine, Cytosine, Thymine]).
The sequence unit of genes, as I describe in previous paragraph, if it is gone because of genes mutation (like in my article Actual Causes of Cancer and Their Mechanisms of Breaking), it impossibly to be making protein. And the antibody 'think' that it is not a substance which is allowed to be inside the body.
The mechanisms of allergy in the nerve is started from ordinary mechanisms. The addition is neurotransmitter trigger something outside the synapse when there is substance of allergy. This is gatalium (something that made itchy feelings on skin) in 'packages' of circles that is emitted from skin and emerged skin itch and hives. Someone in my team said before this final knowledge formed, it emits from synapse of skin. His idea mentioned to be the circles of gatalium out from there. In fact, it is only near skin. I mean the synapse. The circles of gatalium actually are part of skin. The trigger is neurotransmitter. Then, it is opened when there is the trigger (circles of gatalium) and gatalium flow through short 'pipe' below circles.
While in plant, there is a mistake in coding of breeding (in the Mendel's table of breeding). Wrinkled seed supposed to be a defect seed, not normal. This made Mendel's table of breeding not fully true.
That's all we can discuss. I hope this content is always having benefits for all of us. Thank you for visiting my blog!
